Hello! We (2 sisters) are staying in a nice and spacious HDB apartment, and we have one more double room for rent. (we are not owners) :)
It takes a 8 minutes walk to Buangkok MRT, and beside Ranggung LRT. We have a 24 hours food court opposite the block and it is nearby to grocery place.
Fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, the apartment is very spacious, (my guess is about 1200 sqf), quiet (highest floor), new, sparkling clean, and well ventilated.
We are working professionals, well versed and also quite liberated. You can chill in the living room, cook or bring friends over, but please let us know in advance. There is a piano in the living room, we promised that we wont play after 9pm :)
